Participants are encouraged to submit their work electronically using the template below. Submission should be in the form of an abstract and not exceed 1 page. They will be revised by at least 2 members from the Regional Conference Scientific Committee.
If abstracts are accepted, full paper should be submitted as Camera Ready version. Submitted paper should be limited to a maximum length of 6 pages (A4 paper size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references. All papers will be fully reviewed by a minimum of two specialized referees. Before final acceptance, all referees' comments must be considered. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Contributions can be submitted both in English as well as in French.
