Participants are encouraged to submit their work electronically using the template below. Submission should be in the form of an abstract with a maximum extension of 1 page and should be drafted in English. They will be revised by at least 2 members from the Regional Conference Scientific Committee.
If abstracts are accepted, full paper should be submitted as Camera Ready version. Submitted paper should be limited to a maximum length of 6 pages (A4 paper size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references. All papers will be fully reviewed by a minimum of two specialized referees. Before final acceptance, all referees' comments must be considered. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
